Another go with the concrete and the track. I had a local building site manager in helping me with some stonework, the people he worked had just gone bust. We set about doing the floor. His mate had a dumper, we were entering the disaster zone. The dumper arrived late, after the concrete truck, with a flat tyre. We could only half fill it, he had to keep pumping the tyre up. To say the concrete truck driver was unhappy is a bit of an understatement. Anyways the job got done and I paid his waiting time. We had fibres put into the concrete so it did not crack, it was so sticky it was untrue, you could not brush bits off, it just stuck. This was another massive physical effort. The dumper got the concrete down to the building, but it needed to be barrowed across the floor.
The broken dumper
Applying a float finish.
All Done.
